We offer simple scanning and storage of POD's but also offer a matching service and reconciliation to match the POD to Invoices and other associated documents. The matched invoices and POD’s are converted to PDF’s and made available on-line to Credit Control and clients for self-service query management. This is a fully outsourced service with a further extension of the OneView application including printing, enclosure, despatch, scanning, data processing and hosting of the application and data for HMRC requirements.
