As the technology evolved from Microfilm to Document Scanning e-docs UK quickly became one of the UK’s largest and most successful Document Management companies, giving clients control over their incoming and outgoing documents.

This covered all requirements for the storage, access, distribution and archiving of paper documents, email, graphic files, microfilm and other important corporate data. Today, we still provide these services and have many clients across all vertical markets for whom we supply such solutions.

However, since 2003 e-docs UK has focused directly on the business areas of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Human Resources. Our strategy is to offer detailed IT Services to these departments to reduce DSO Days, Debtor Days, Invoice Processing costs whilst giving customers complete control and visibility over the end to end processes.

e-docs UK is a member of AIIM, has been accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 standards since 1993 and was acknowledged by leading IT analysts, Gartner, in 2009 when we were recognised as one of their ‘Cool Vendors’ for. This was in reference to the range of AP solutions we provide and our advanced use of OCR technology.
