We have designed a service to enable clients to convert their computer data into a more manageable and user friendly format without the need for expensive software development. This has proved especially useful where older computer systems are still in place and support is expensive or not easily available and data distribution or migration is proving a challenge.

• Data is sent to us on magnetic media or via FTP transfer
• Files are analysed for integrity and accuracy
• Files are processed and unitised into logical pages and documents
• Logical pages and documents are converted into PDF documents
• Index data is extracted form PDF documents
• Documents can be written to CD/DVD together with index and retrieval software
• Documents and Index can be loaded onto DocHaven, our secure internet repository.

The processing, conversion and indexing of computer data is performed using a module from our Docworks Document Management Software. This module is an extremely powerful piece of software that processes twenty thousand pages an hour and can also integrate pre-printed stationery into the converted output pages.
