We have invested heavily in a secure web-based repository which is used to store millions of pages for our clients. They are able to access their data from any web-enabled PC wherever they are, and are able to download pages or email directly from our servers. This is a valuable solution for clients who have time and resource constraints and yet need to store and distribute their data to users.
- Data is sent to us on magnetic media or via FTP transfer
- Files are analysed for integrity and accuracy
- Files are processed and unitised into logical pages and documents
- Logical pages and documents are converted into PDF documents
- Index data is extracted form PDF documents
- Documents can be written to CD/DVD together with index and retrieval software
- Documents and Index can be loaded onto DocHaven, our secure internet repository.
e-Docs UK also archives data to media such as CD or DVD for long term storage and these can be stored in our secure fireproof storage.
