Our e-Billing service has been developed to reduce the costs associated with printing and distribution of Sales Invoices, Credit Notes and Statements whilst also enabling clients to deliver significant improvements in customer service
- Invoice Data transmitted to us via FTP
- Files processed and checked for integrity and accuracy
- Invoices processed according to client specified rules for grouping and despatch
- Invoices transmitted to your clients as PDF's, CSV, CITE3 or XML - BASDA eBIS XML format
- Invoices can also be printed and mailed where e-billing is not available to the receiver or during the transition period
- We can also scan all of your Proof of Deliveries and cross reference these to the sales invoice
- All sales ledger documents and Proof of Deliveries can be stored as PDF documents on DocHaven

We also provide an interactive e-Billing service whereby we simply send an email notification to your client that an invoice is ready for downloading. They click on the email and subject to passing security pages can download their invoice in PDF or CSV format. You have access to reports which detail all downloads.
Improved Credit Control - Our on-line repository enables rapid access for credit managers to all sales ledger documents - EVEN SUPPORTING DELIVERY NOTES. Other sales ledger documents such as Statements, Credit Notes and even Delivery Notes can be delivered by our e-Billing service
