Since e-docs UK was established in 1988, we have delivered solutions to increase the efficiency of Finance and HR departments. A key factor in doing this is our ability to match documents and data, of different formats, and bring these together so the consolidated view can be published to internal departments and customers alike.
The screen-shot below shows how Sales Invoice data is matched with a TIFF file from a Delivery Note giving reconciliation between the signed Delivery Note and the Sales Invoice. Through OneViewAR this single PDF is available online to both Credit Control and the Customer who has 'self-service' query management capability.

Accounts Receivable. Matching Delivery Notes to Sales Invoices helps Credit Control departments reduce their internal costs of retrieving, copying and despatching duplicate information.
Combining our Data Processing and Document Scanning Services with our OneView Retrieval software enables e-docs UK clients to give their own key customers on-line access to matched Invoices and Delivery Notes. This provides a "self service" query management capability and contributes to reducing Debtor Days and improving customer service
