With a capacity for thousands of boxes, our Storage facility in Hoddesdon is designed to store archive boxes securely and with the utmost control, using our bar-coded tracking system. A fleet of delivery vehicles ensures that your documents can be returned within the service timescales you specify or we can scan and email back to you in minutes
We also store and manage individual files incorporating your own records management and compliance rules. Each file is recorded onto our system upon receipt and will only be released to authorised users subject to adherence to your rules. We will even chase for return of files which become overdue.

The secure archive service is not limited to return of originals, using DocHaven our internet repository solution provides additional security and traceability. We will scan your required files or boxes within two hours of request and load onto our secure servers which will immediately send an email notification to the requestor that the files are available for viewing or downloading.
