Our web based Document Management application, OneViewDM, is the standard application for all our vertical market solutions providing a single consolidated view of your information enabling rapid access to corporate data regardless of format.
As Microsoft .net2 technology, OneViewDM is fully compatible with internet explorer and other web browsers but can also operate effectively on Intranet based environments. This powerful and easy to use solution gives users secure, instant access to documents from any location, twenty four hours a day.
OneViewDM is a simple to use offering full text search for both computer output and scanned images as a standard feature without additional investment. Users can easily access a single page or select multiple pages that will automatically complied in to a single file to improve distribution efficiency. Longer documents can be viewed firstly by 'thumbnails' and then selecting specific pages to make downloads faster and more efficient.
The software gives fully audited, secure access to a multitude of document types that can be grouped in a variety of departmental applications. All retrievals are validated against the users's permissions and all logged giving a full audit trail for data loaded, located and retrieved. Network security can be further enhanced by using standard SSL certificates.
The user interface can be customised for individual clients to mirror current corporate website and intranet designs.
Video Storage - OneViewDM enables training videos and other footage to be archived and viewed over the internet along with all collateral associated with the video archive.
Email Storage - Emails and associated attachments can be exported from Microsoft Outlook to be centrally stored for future retrieval along with other documentation relating to a project or client.
OneViewDM is often used in conjunction with our hosted service, SafeHavenDM, for a fully outsourced Document Management solution.
